My Add-on tuning parts not shown

some of my add-on cars tuning parts not show and I can't use them also I can't use another wheels
Can anyone help me?

Change the modkit number in carvariations and carcols file (inside the dlc.rpf) to a different number.

Try numbers in 700 - 998 range.
Also numbers in range 421 - 438 work

I use 2222 or 2230 for testing purpose
