[PLAYER] Multiplayer hats in Singleplayer?

As the title suggests I've been wondering if there is a mod that brings the hats from MP into SP specifically for Franklin and if not could somebody make one please?

Should be possible by copying Female online props into singleplayer franklin props (why female? , because they work better with protag's head)
