XBOX 360 CONTROLLER PROBLEM

Hello! Would anyone happen to know what do I have to do to calibrate the LT and RT on my controller. For example when I push a bit of gas on a vehicle (RT), nothing happens. When I push "the pedal to the metal" it full gases. A bit too race acceleration for casual driving ))) See the LT and RT aren't linear, theyre like buttons which are either pushed or not.

its probably a problem with the controller you cant manually calibrate it
