@emrh77 In the Redux download. Im not sure how it was called exactly but there was one besides The reshade folder. If you dont have it anymore you need to download it again.

Timecycle_mods_1 in update.rpf/common/data/timecycle
Replace all dof values with 0.000 0.000 eg:
<dof_hq_smallblur>0.000 0.000</dof_hq_smallblur>
Should be it

@emrh77 Unfortunately, I don't use any graphics mods, so I don't know how you would solve it. I only mentioned that in case it might be helpful to someone who does... and they can help further.
Maybe there are some Reshade settings that control bloom levels.
