Hello how it's possible to convert any to a police car? adding lights and others parts? i understand for the skin texures but i can't add this parts

so not any car that i can found in 5 mods?

@claudiok69 If the model is locked, you can ask for an unlocked model from the owner. Locked models cannot be opened in ZM.
