Scripts not working!!!

Hey there guys.
I`ve got a Problem with the scripts for example the North Yankton DLC
The installation and the loading is no Problem but when the mod is loaded there are just a few objects left in the world!
I load the NY script and the airport is not loading (only planes and some stuff is in the air)
I can´t see the tower ,i can´t see the street textures (i fly through them)
Stuff wich should be there is not loading
Pedestrians are also not there.
It seems the world has some kind of Object Limitation.
Is there any Addon to solve my problems?

But it happens on every script.
When i load the World improvement mod for example (https://de.gta5-mods.com/maps/new-rockford-hills-look) the world wont load anymore just the bit where im on!
Mountains and Buildings dissapear.
It happens even on little script mods
Pc is a
AMD FX 8 Core
Nvidia 1070GTX
20G RAM
I dont think that this is too weak for GTA with mods

@Tony_Sbg You are talking about maps. Maybe you are missing a object unlocker. Try installing the ''Menyoo'' Trainer. It has such an und unlocker and tell us if it worked.

@Tony_Sbg about north yankton dlc iguess it come from the fact that menyoo don't autoupdate the object IG compare to the text file.
You've to go in settings and reload model
it should work after that
(I get the same problem with my customprop mod, worked ez on map editor, but couldn't find out what was wrong in menyoo finaly found the fix in settings hope it will work for you too)

Ive got the Menyoo Trainer from the start but ill guess it has more features than i thougth!
I will try the Map reloading and the object unlocker!
Is there a Menu in the ingame-Trainer in wich i can check if the unlocker is on?

So ive tried to manage it with Menyoo but i dont know where to do it!
Im sorry for being so annoying but im completely lost!
Ive loaded the North Yankton Mod with Menyoo Object Spooner and tried everything in the menu but nothing changed.
Its the same old problem!

ok so if you want north yankton you could use a different mod if this one just doesnt work.

My problem is not the mod my Problem is that the Maps wont fully load!
Not the North Yankton Map neither every other script map! Semms like there are too many object so the game couldnt handle those!
