[SCRIPT] [SOUND] [DONE] Make the protagonists shut up

I got tired of hearing "That's dumb luck right there!", "You got lucky, buddy!" and "Why hasn't someone sensible shot you yet?" every now and then during the gameplay. Is there a way to get rid of this, either by a script or by replacing every single sound with utter silence?

https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/family-friendly-free-roaming might do that, as it disables pain sounds and such. Try it out.
