I want to create mods, where should i start?

i know how to mod sims4, i assume it'll be a bit easier here, but are there any things i should be aware of? or i should know? thanks in advance!
also where can i find some tuts in creating mods?

@BrayanSummers In SIMS 4 all you have to do is enable mods and scripts in-game and put the mod files in the mods folder. This is Rockstar, not EA. So it'll be a lot tougher - until you get the hang of it. I've written a tutorial about installing mods in general, feel free to check it out.
If you want to create mods you will need Zmodeler 2 and 3, Photoshop and sometimes 3DS Max for vehicle mods, some knowledge in C languages if you want to create scripts.

@Akila_Reigns yes i want to create mods, i already figured how to enable mods after three long days playing and fooling around. and thanks for the tips! i just want to create character mods!

@BrayanSummers I don't know about ped models, I think they're done in Zmodeler. It's better to check their forum and ask some ped model creators. Good luck. Looking forward for your mods.
