[SOLVED] Weird Issue Glitch on Bike GTA V
-
that's weird i don't even know from where it's comingi think from DLC list.
Can't let me in Bicycles when i press F animation stuck/EDIT: its not from DLC list i tried to delete all but same thing.
-
@NaughtyBoy I had the same issue, but it's gone now. I have no idea how it happened. I also think it has something to do with add-on vehicles. Or Scripts. Maybe you should remove any script mods you have and try again.
-
@NaughtyBoy Are you using Single Player Apartments by any chance?
-
@LeeC2202 Does that mod can cause this? I've never used it, yet I had the exact same issue?
-
@Akila_Reigns I had a lengthy thread about the same problem a while back here. https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/4609/solved-bicycle-animation-bug-help-please
SPA turned out to be the cause of it.
-
@LeeC2202 I guess it wasn't the cause for me.
Well if your solution helps @NaughtyBoy, I'm happy.
-
@LeeC2202 its not causing SP apartment, because i tried to remove update.rpf inside "mods" folder and its working, but i have some stuff modified there i don't know what's that, i tried to revert gameconfig original, same thing, i tried dlclist.xml same thing, no idea where is the problem
-
@Akila_Reigns that's why i called weird issue lol
-
-
lol that used to happen online a lot
-
@MAFINS very annoying
-
@Akila_Reigns @LeeC2202 @MAFINS i found the issue
there was: extratitleupdatedata.meta
i had an add-on car Range Rover, but i removed the add-on dlc the issue wasn't fixed, and now i tried to remove the lines from extratitleupdatedata.meta or replace with the original one and it works fine the animaion glitch on bikes fixed.
-
@NaughtyBoy You will see many of us telling people not to add the entries in the extratitleupdatedata.meta file but the people making the vehicle mods just don't seem to take that information on board.
That file is of no use to modders, there is never any reason to enter information into that file. My personal advice would be to ignore anything in a mod that tells you to edit it.
I am glad you managed to find the solution and maybe if more of the mod creators read this thread, they might understand why they shouldn't be telling people to enter data into that line. Thank you for posting your solution, this is the kind of information that really helps other people who have the same problem.
