(Steam Version) GTA V Script Mods Not Working

Hey everyone,
Hope you all are having a fantastic day. I'm writing this post because I am having a problem with only script mods. In some script mods, I believe you are supposed to put the files in the "scripts" folder in the GTA V main folder. However, I tried this and this does not work. I have also tried putting the files in the main folder itself as with the Scripthook V and Native Trainer. Am I supposed to use Open IV for the script mods so I can put them into the "scripts" folder or do I simply drag and drop the files into the "scripts" folder straight from Winrar?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!

@18spurohit If the mod is in .asi format, you should put it in the GTA Vmain folder.
If it's in .cs or .dll format, it should go to the scripts folder, you must install Community Script Hook V .NET to run such scrips.
