Game stop responding on loading screen when i install addon car

Im new to this and i know for sure i followed step by step multiple times and it always stops responding on the story mode loading scene....... i have also tried diffrent cars and diffrent gameconfig.xml files and none of them work, when i put in the modded gameconfig file it gives me a new error about memory...... i REALLY need help with this.....

@darkfire14 what did you do ? i can only add one car successfully and game wont let me add more. always get grandtheftauto has stopped working when try to add more cars
