My scripts file won't work

Hi Ive played the game on a different computer but when I'm on this new one my mods in the script file won't work (map editor, Benny's etc.) please help

Of you're on a new computer you probably need to
Install both the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 (or higher, so skip this on Windows 10) and the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 (x64).
Download and install the latest Script Hook V.
Download Community Script Hook V .NET and copy the ASI file into your game directory (The DLL and XML files are for developers only).
