Sustained injuries mod?

I don't know if that would e the right thing to call it, but you know when you shoot cops, or army officers etc, they sometimes still walk around but hold the area where you've shot them, and walk around slowly holding their chest. Is there a mod that makes the player do that, rather than just walk around getting shot and barely even flinching? Any help is much appreciated
