What mod do i get to be able to glue a vehicle to the ground so that it doesn't go flying in the air while driving?

Ok, so I've been building vehicles and attaching ramps to them and it is very fun. But sometimes it glitches and causes my car to fly up into the air. I want it to stay on the ground at all times and never go into the air. Is there any mod or mod menu I can get to do this? Cause I've seen people use that before but I don't remember what the menu was called. Can someone please comment bellow which mod or mod menu has the feature to glue a car to the ground so that it doesn't go flying into the air while driving?
