Customizations Disappearing/Not showing in Mod Menu.

Hi, It would seem that this is a very rare occurrence in this community because I haven't seen any topics relating to this. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix the issue of vehicle modifications not showing up in the (Menyoo) Mod menu, not even in LSC. Some customizations i had done to previous cars, have disappeared. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would be able to help me with the issue.
