Simple Trainer Files

I am new to the mod community and i could use some help. I have been trying to download simple trainer but ever time I download it the file is downloaded as video file. why is this happening?

@Big_smooth56 you might have associated zip/rar/7-zip files with a video program on your PC. Download Winrar or 7-Zip and install it. Then right-click the simple trainer "video file" and select "Open As...". Then select the program you installed, and be sure you check it as the Default program. Sorry if my instructions are not on point, I cannot check as I am on mobile right now.
