Vanilla missions disappearing.

Hey there,first of all im not sure it is related to the mods,trying to find any solution to my problem.When playing with any character sometimes missions showing up.I'm going to the mark ''P'' after arriving it is dissapering. Anyone had this problem ? Is it relavent to the mods(I have many mods) or something else ? I reinstalled my game,i got this problem after reinstall before of it everything was fine.
