Problem Community Script Hook V .NET 2.9.4

first sorry for my bad english, i'm from germany
i have a problem with the Community Script Hook V .NET 2.9.4.
If i used CSHV NET. some things in GTA are lost. Look at the pics.

But if I delete CSHV again, everything goes back as it should.

My GTA is up to date and i have only these mods installed:
OpenIV.asi
TrainerV.asi
mpimportexport.asiand i have .NET 4.5.2 and vcredist_x64.exe installed to.
what am I doing wrong?
I would like to install MOD Bennys Garage.Please help me.

@corsa_fan First, you never have to apologise for your English, especially when it is as good as yours is. Had you not said "I'm from Germany" I wouldn't have known... I know English people that don't use English as well as you do.
As for your problem, you don't have a scripts folder at the moment, is that correct? Or if you do have one, is it empty?
If you don't have a scripts folder, or it is empty, what happens if you remove those three files you listed above, but you keep CSHV NET installed? Do you get the same problem?

But the "script" folder I have. And there are only the files of the mod "Benny's Motorworks SP 1.8.1" in it.I'm going to try to delete the 3 files.

Benny motorworks is broken
It also enables multiplayer map which is the cause of missing props
