Transfer help Please!!! PS4

i have account on my PlayStation 4, i have transferred an old account on xbox 360 to my PS4. Now, i have a new social club account with a lot of stuff on it can i transfer it on to the PS4 account or do i have to make a new PSN account? it would really help me out if someone helped
