@sollaholla First of all you and your team did a realy nice work with this awesome mod. Can we change the speed/accel of the shuttle and the height which the SRB and the fuel tank leave the shuttle, all of that during the launch ? And if not, can you add an .ini file or something to set up that, maybe in a next update ?

@ex0ztiV For speed, check out "SpaceVehicles.xml" located in the "Space" folder.

Hey guys, I've already suggested this idea once, but not on this thread.
So my idea: What if you guys made an Interstellar vehicle pack? Consisting out of a working Rander and a Lander like the ones in the movie, and maybe some rovers to complete it.
I've an archive of HQ 3D models for this idea, and we can simply assemble interiors for the models that haven't got any.
Some real-life models wouldn't be wrong either (e.g. Lunar Module, SpaceX Dragon 2)I would love to see this in game! Please let me know if you're interested

Well if you're making a request like the one you made it should go in the Requests tab, which we have here if you check the main forum page. (aka the categories list.)

Make a request thread and you will have a stronger visibility and likelihood of getting the attention of a modeller.

1.1 features coming soon:
- Ability to travel to different planets without a transition (e.g. going from earth to mars without the use of a screen fade)
- Patched entity streaming limits, so you can now see the earth as far as possible by RAGE engine. (which is so far, that earth will be a tiny dot)
- Star-ships, with interiors orbiting planets (one maybe drivable)
- You now get attached to a rope when exiting your vehicle in space.
- Changed vehicle movement to forces instead of locked velocity. (so you can use your glorious speed boost mods). This also means you need to pivot yourself properly before accelerating.
- There's no drag on vehicles in space, so you won't slow down once you accelerate unless you reverse yourself and accelerate in the opposite direction.
- And more in development...

@SkylineGTRFreak It's alright man, and if it doesn't work out we can just have that big boy floating in space. I hope it works out, though.

Possibility. We may have to attach it to a smaller vehicle.
But before we go that route, I may have a better solution. If you are having trouble with the Enterprise D, I believe that the ship is actually two ships attached together. If its too damn large, we could make it two separate ships, then attach it together with a script.

Besides we have access to quite a few interiors from the Enterprise so why not?

@DarthPungz I know. Both ships have that issue.
We could make the collision basic, and when the player isn't in the ship, have a static object in its place.

@sollaholla hey man awesome progress on the next stages of the mod not sure if this is an idea or if its already in the next version of Grand Theft Space but is there any chance of this happening so when returning to earth and you land somewhere with the space shuttle you are able to go back to shuttle island to re launch back into space using the inital space rocket for every single time you come back to earth this would be so cool
