@sollaholla I saw in a lot of videos now that, on traveling from LS to space, its skipping very early. My question is, why did you not mapped the whole sky around the whole GTA 5 atmosphere? And let appearing the earth model that covers the GTA 5 world. The mesh is one sided, could be only seen from outside if you know what i mean. Also a alternative way would be let the earth model appearing during LODs.
Or just maybe make the travel longer? I mean its a really important thing on this mod. The travel to the space. It makes a fantastic feeling

That wouldn't work for a couple of reasons, because the normal RAGE engine isn't supposed to handle that kind of stuff, and that it would be very hard to implement.

@MrGTAmodsgerman Extending what Ahk mentioned, you can increase the height at which space loads, but yeah there's no way to do what you're asking.

@AHK1221 @sollaholla Ok, but i would suggest a better in sky fadeing, its look too short. Maybe by making a cinematic camera that shows the plane of front with LS behind and then we are in space once the camera fade to reset?

Since the atmosphere script that came with VisualV can be configured, you can greatly stretch out the atmosphere fading. It looks great on my game.
Placing the planets above GTA V's map will not work very well. However, one thing that may be possible is to have an International Space Station up there. Use the space zone in the atmosphere script as a low Earth orbit zone.
The issue is that the space station will just sit above the GTA V map. It won't go around the Earth so it won't be very realistic in game play. It would only look good in screenshots.
I am thinking that could work. I would love to have the Earth re entry spawn point be up there, rather than above the Fort Zancudo runway (or have it configurable). I can simulate shuttle re entries. Hopefully a method to do the atmosphere burn effect can be worked out. The trails used in the drone mod could be used.

@nkjellman I remember now that there was a script for MTA (SA) that let the map get looped when you trying to flying out of the ocean. So that means no end of the world, endless. It teleports you at the other side and you won't notice it. Maybe we can use it but fading the draw distance then, for not seeing LS, that means, you fly much longer in the sky, you thinking you are very high but you get teleported back a few times. Idk how this would work in GTA V, but i think something simular could be possible to make. Just a little illustration for fakeing the current possibilities

I've thought about that for other things. But there won't be any land masses for the space station.
If we do world wrapping, we need to find a way to hide GTA V, and the lod water around it.
