@Elope when I get the body lines done, the weathering, and do an outline of of peices of the plane I'll share a PSD with you
I was going to make those two USAF ones for you but you can do them if you want to have a project. I know it can be fun to play with the painting. I truly enjoy it, it's a challenge, frustrating at times but I do like it.

The first skin is pretty much finalized, any feedback? I thought about darkening the paint just a bit.

@DarthPungz Nice job.
Comparing the first picture from this last set with the real image on the previous page is a good comparison. Slight shift towards blue for the light blue and dark grey sections perhaps, plus a slight reduction in levels overall.
Looks excellent though, you must be proud of that one.

Still finishing some base paint stuff for other liveries.
The inside of the wheel well just used to be white or grey; now has a realistic texture.
I wanted to get the engine and engine shielding tone just right. How does this look?

TY! You have a sharp eye, I forgot to change the color overlay on the text to match the tail red. TY TY!

Thank you once again to @SkylineGTRFreak for once again being awesome and generous with his time and skill. He edited the model to make some fine tweeks to the aircraft removing the back fin and a 3D reflector from the tail that I would rather replace with a texture. He also made a second version, a non-aggressor, a standard F-5E! This one has two missiles on the wingtips rather than a sensor. The standard F-5E will be used for the USAF schemes and the Top Gun "Mig."

Sorry I have not posted in a while, life got busy. @SkylineGTRFreak graciously made another set of revisions to the model fixing some small but annoying issues. I am truly grateful. I have this skin done I believe. Note the reflector on the tail and better more accurate lines and details. I am thinking maybe darker just a bit but I will await feed back.
