[MAP]Clockwork Mount Map Mod from GTA IV for GTA V

I really miss this Map Mod for GTA IV:

I took a look at gtaforums and there is no sign that it is going to be converted for GTA V.
Is there anything similar for GTA V or a way to add it from GTA IV?
