LSPD Albany Esperanto Retexture

Hi guys, dunno if I'm allowed to ask for this, but can anyone do a retexture of Lundy's Sheriff Albany Esperanto to make it LSPD, as this would really bring back the old LS feel. I tried myself but don't understand where the actual skin is... Can anyone try or at least tell me how do I do it?

Yeah and LSPD emblems, ex. "Obey and Survive"

@Eyon You have to use z modeler or 3dsmax, assign textures to polygons I guess
Or just replace logos in the ytd with one accurate to give an lspd feel It may work but without uv mapping you can't have it black & white.
