Menyoo "Object Spooner" Tutorial

A problem I have had with this trainer is how sometimes when I'm using the spooner and I drag a ped or vehicle the collision disables and I have to enable it again, this has become a problem for me.

Im trying to make a scene and I'm trying to drag peds to another place, but when I do they fall through the ground and it's really annoying

every time I click on something if goes into the ground - so I stopped clicking and use only the keyboard selection menu instead.

I would like to use VFX items but cannot spawn them. Seen some people using it but they are offline and no ways of reaching them etc. Is there a way to do this that I am missing out on or do I have to add lines to some files and if so still how do I do it. Still somewhat a noob at this and would like to do this. My build just looks not satisfactory without the effects. DM please and thank you.
