How do getting mods featured work?

Why does this mod get featured: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/raindrops-on-screen (no hate to jedijosh or his mods, I love this script)
but this mod took a much longer time to make:::(https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-zombies)and this doesnt get featured? Simple zombies looks like it took a much longer mod to make and harder but its not featured There are a lot more examples but this is just one of them.

@bur587 @rappo I think this mod was featured. Maybe the name was changed or a bug?
