Parking brake

It would be great if anyone could make a parking brake script, so u can stand still at parking lots and stuff (for example if ur role playing with a cop car/unmarked) without the brake lights on.

@gamevidsnorwegian I already have made it for myself, along with Breaklights, I had given a function, if the car engine is not running and player is still in car, the parking blinkers go on automatically, once the car engine is one and starts moving the blinkers go off automatically, but I am sure, @stillhere @NotCrunchyTaco can make it a better version.

@gamevidsnorwegian I'm not sure what you mean by "so u can stand still at parking lots and stuff [...] without the brake lights on." Is this not what happens normally without scripts? I also made for myself a script so that the brake lights do come on when appropriate (I see a trend here haha). Is this what you are asking for?
