HUD Map Problem
-
Hey guys i've had a problem with x64e.rpf file that makes my game crash "failed zlib call". I've installed a new x64e.rpf file but my Map became pixelated and most of the times not showing at HUD minimap. Pause menu map seems okay but when i'm zoom to it becomes pixelated too. How can i fix this issue?

@BlocParty said in HUD Map Problem:
failed zlib call
Rockstar Support recommends doing a verification of your files with this error and if that doesn't work, it might need a full reinstallation.

@LeeC2202 Thank you for the fast reply but i've solved the failed zlib call issue. Now i've my map pixelated when i'm zooming and minimap hud not showing the map.

@BlocParty Does this help? https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/203076528-Mini-Map-is-not-showing-roads

@LeeC2202 Sadly no. There is Bilips/On/Off options but not helping still the same. Can you look at x64e.rpf/levels/minimap.rpf ? My minimap.rpf is empty i think this can be the problem?

@BlocParty There should be 65 files in that minimap.rpf.
If you haven't got a backup, then you're going to have to do a verify to get that file back in its original state and given your other problem, that might be a wise idea anyway. At least then you will have a fully working set of gamefiles, which should cure your problems.

@LeeC2202 Verify detects nothing wrong.. I've just verified and build up new archives with downloading the corrupted ones.. I don't want do download another 1.9 GB for x64e.rpf ...

Can something like this mod solve my problem?

@BlocParty If you've got files missing from x64e.rpf, verify will detect that and download a new version, that will mean downloading a 2GB file unfortunately.
That mod you linked to seems to change a different set of files, so it won't fix your problem in x64e.rpf.
