how to install mod ?

i modified car mod and now how to install it ?

i tried replace other cars, but dont working in gta 5 ;

i did it ;
but i have some else problem ;

i download spiderman costume and put in my mod folder, it of course working; red color costume;

i edited spiderman red costume and become yellow costume, now i want have twice costum; so first costume red and this yellow costume; i want more different color costume but i can't do two costume yet;
