Please help I honestly have no idea on how this happened???

When I try to load gta v from the actual steam placed shortcut I get this weird problem where one, it does not load, and b there is xbox buttons on the bottom like when you are loading in and you have the option to load into online or a job. Well I then try to load in from Rage Plugin Hook and I just don't load in. I have a screenshot of the loading screen. Here is a link to a screenshot and a short explanation to Rockstar support and they never got back to me.

@PlayableConsole Why don't you upload the screenshot to somewhere else, like Flickr, Tinypic or imgur? Because we don't have permission to view your screenshot.

@PlayableConsole Also, if it's possible, I think you can add the screenshots right on this thread by clicking on the Picture Icon. Try adding screenshots here, so people will have direct access.

I have that for a few seconds too... but it actually loads

@PlayableConsole yep got the same sometime (it seems related to internet for me but not sure) between it should pass really quicly on the pc command (usually it don't stand more than 1 or 2 sec ;S)

For me it just stays and doesn't load
