[Req] A report button for user?

I came up with this request from someone spam the whole forums.
so....I think the admin should add a Report Button for forums and the mods ...it help the user to report the spam to admin rapidly .

@zh465 If you click the three little dots to the right and click "Flag post for moderation" all moderators/admins get notified immediately, with a link to that post. They can then ban the account and delete all the posts from that user in one go.

@zh465 When you report a comment/post, we'll review the user's full account anyway.
