How do I change all flags in the game to my own flag?

So I have made my own flag, and I want to use it on GTA V by replacing the current flags to mine. But the flags are in .yft format, is there a way to change the texture in that?

@OctaVive About .yft , just use openIV, find the object texture you wanna remplace, copy it to mods folder.
Then you can open the desired yft and remplace any texture in it ( only make game file change in MODS folder if you dont have a backup cause else it will fuck your game ;D)
But it will not change the object flags
