Glitchy(flickering) Pixel

Hey guys. I'm having this issue, I replaced the duffle bag for MP players with Michael's shoulder bag and it works fine. But I can't wear tops:( I get an inflatable tubeman effect where the torso is shaking around. Removing the top fixes it but leaves a flickering shaking pixel. I also added custom model shoes for franklin to the MP players and the same issue happens including necklaces this time. . Anyone know a fix for this????
