Replacing Tracy desantos and Amanda with better looking females and Tanisha and Tanya

I want to know if there is a way to replace both tracy and Amanda for Michael's character with better looking females for both storyline and cut scene and also a better looking black girl for Tanisha for both ig_ped and cut scene ped and also Tonya as well is there any that would work with them?

And she definitely looks better. Not sure if you could do the same for the in-game character, I've only used it as a replacement for the a_f_y_tourist_01 ped.
