single player garage mod crash

I installed the Single Player Garage mod just as instructed but when i try to get in a garage i just fall through the map. Does someone know how can I fix it? Or if there is other mods that do the same??

Do you have Single Player Apartment mod installed? If yes, remove this and it should be okay. This is a result of mod conflict.
