[SCRIPT] Unlock Ammunation and Los Santos Early

I don't know if it would actually be a script mod, but I just want to unlock the weapons and car mods for purchase at the beginning of the game. It is fine and dandy to get them later on, but I would like the option to use them early without having to go full cheat and give myself every weapon with every upgrade all at once.
So I am curios if someone out there know how to simply unlock all of the guns on the walls and in the displays and all of the Los Santos Customs options at the beginning of the game.
