Wich script mods do you have installed? Check one by one removing and reloading to find the wich is generating the issue.

@Rarefacer the only scripts i have are Lspdfr and some of the albo scripts nothing else i dont know what else counts as a script or not

@TRDraider Try uninstalling one by one those scripts and restart the game until find if one is causing the issue.
