[Map Mod, Custom Props and Map Builder required] [Request]

I'm looking for a really run down suburban area with a good majority of alleyways, intersections, aged roads, open fields, parks, with old suburb type houses, some parking lots, some underground parking. Absolutely no cars or peds will be spawned, I'm requesting this mainly for a GTA 5 video I'm gonna make.

Do not use the slim stunt track pieces, or certain land_ pieces (from Custom Props mod), they create noise as you drive on them.

So here's some pictures/videos that will help set the example.

Here's a good example of the run down suburbia, aged roads, old suburb houses (I think I see an alley, too, off the left of the picture.)

This should be common (not the house, but utilize that look with the old house gig), more so in less tree covered areas, also on slightly bigger streets. (Also, if you look past the top front of that diplomat-looking car, you can see a bit of an open field, this should be part of the map.

Here's another fine example of old suburban houses, and open fields, (just behind the left and right side of the blue house.) Also notice that where the car is parked there's 2 tracks you can drive on, some houses should include this, mainly the aged side.

Use a bit of this, too.

Well, this ain't happening any time soon, and Criminal Jungle by Domkom was the only map to match this, too bad it got deleted.

i know this is a little old but im doing a big overhaul in mirror park and its right along the lines of what ur looking for im gonna make a thread soon to see if anyone has any input

@krashadam other than the last screenshot(the houses on the left are very modern) were on pretty much the same page . It might not be spot on but its kind of got an outskirts style to it. theres still gonna be some taller buildings. theyll just be more run down or out of the way so that there more a backdrop. something ive struggled with the whole time is trying to create a housing project or make a building look like one but never made it very far on that. ive made more alleyways and cluttered them up so that some you will only be able to pass on foot or bike. the things im having most tough time with are interiors. im no architect but im adding in a bar and boxing gym. might even put in a store but i dont want to make lazy interiors just to do it. post more screenshots if its still something you're interested in for your video.
