[FINISHED][SCRIPT] Drag Race Parachutes

Hello, I have begun working on a mod called Drag Race Parachutes (still thinking of a better name) I got inspired when I was watching drag racing on the weekend. The parachute is in place because the cars are going very fast and need extra force to stop. If you do not know what I mean by drag racing parachutes on cars I have embedded a video below.
