if the game doesn't "stop working" it gets a memory error???

i swear i never had problems modding gta so i must've just gotten lucky but right now it cant even handle 1 car... i meet all the system requirements and i've made sure everything is up to date and installed properly, i have a custom gameconfig and everything i need but it still hates me.

any ideas are welcome.
