i try to start installation from addons but it doesnt work can someone help me pls

@sasukejuin45 There is nowhere enough information in this post. If you want people to spend time helping, then you must first spend the time explaining exactly what the problem is.
"It doesn't work" tells us nothing about how you have things installed, what game version you have, what you have tried etc... explain more and people will help more.
If you would prefer, write in your native language and we will translate it.

"i just can install no addon mods install"
I take this to mean you can only replace files to get a working mod, right? 1 thing leaps to mind:
Update dlclist.xml (inside the mods folder!) Let's say you want to add a car, like 'elegyrh8wide'. Then add this entry to your dlclist.xml:
<Item>dlcpacks:\elegyrh8wide\</Item>
This file need to be uploaded (using OpenIV) to:
\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
Hope that helps.

@meimeiriver No, step 2 is not needed ever. It's a useless file that just adds one more place to cause an error in. No matter how much we try and get the message across, modders keep adding that information into their mods and we (the troubleshooting crew) take every opportunity to tell people to never, ever do anything with that file.
One day we will succeed in eradicating all mention of that file... one day.

Good, one less place to worry about.
I won't mention it again!
Yeah, I had my doubts about that file, as the 'meta' in the name already kinda suggests it's probably just cosmetic (like an easy way for someone to extract more descriptive titles of the installed dlc's?) And I think I forgot to create one entry for it too, one time, and it seemed to have no effect.

@meimeiriver It would be even better if you could remove the mention of it from that post, if you wouldn't mind.
The file is only used by Rockstar to allow them to update dlcpacks with small updates, rather than 2GB downloads. We can't use it, it has no purpose at all.

@LeeC2202 The mention thereof is gone.
