Help with installing mods

iv followed every tutorial i can find but i cant tell if im doing it right im trying my hardest to get cars to get new police cars to spawn in game but they are always broken is there something im missing or not doing right please help

@TRDraider We can't tell you if you're doing something wrong or missing something, because you haven't told us what you have done. You haven't told us how they are broken, so we have no idea what we are supposed to be trying to fix. You haven't said if they are addons or replace.
So to start again, you need to tell us.
- Which version of the game you are running.
- If you have a mods folder set up.
- If you have installed everything you need correctly, that means ScriptHookV, OpenIV and ScriptHookVDotNet.
- What type of mod are you trying to install? Provide specific links if you think it will help.
- How are you trying to spawn these police cars?
The more you tell us, the better chance we have got of helping.

@LeeC2202 I am running the latest version of GTA V i have the latest version of Rage hook and i use the latest version of the Open IV Plug in's and im trying to spawn this in http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/11877-1972-amc-matador-la-co-sheriff/ and i try to spawn them in using either the trainer or the LSPDFR Spawner and they come out like this http://imgur.com/a/EWEIR and yes i have a mods folder

@TRDraider I've just downloaded that mod to have a look at, so I will ask questions based on what I see in the readme.
Have you copied the patchday9ng folder to your mods folder and added the sherrif.ytd, sherrif.yft and sherrif_hi.yft to the vehicles.rpf in that folder?
Have you copied the mpchristmas2 folder to your mods folder and added the lines in the readme to the carvariations.meta file in that folder

@LeeC2202 Thats the one thing iv noticed when i move the files to that folder it dosent move all of them just some of them and no im unable to find that carvations.meta thing

@LeeC2202 Well i just got the car too work in game but the problem im having that its not moving all the files at once ill drag all 3 but only 2 will go in i tried again it gave me an error so i waited all night came back in the morning moved it fine and the car loaded in great
