A script that changes the weather depending on the area that you're in ? lets say if you're in the city the weather is extrasunny and then you drive/fly up north the weather will change to smog.....

Something like this is partially possible already But its restricted to 2 areas:
City and Countryside/Forests
Its possible to for example to make a smog weather in countryside and making extrasunny in the city by modifing timecycle.dat
