I need a good FPS booster for GTA V!

Hi all,
I have a Lenovo Y-700 laptop with i7 -6700hq processor,16 GB GDDR4 RAM and Nvidia GTX 960 M 4 GB GDDR5.

Without installing mega cars pack mods,I get 55 to 70 FPS at high settings and 1920x1080 resolution!
But when I install mega cars pack mods with over 300 cars and more I get huge FPS drops!

So please give me a link of some really effective FPS booster,in order to play the game with the cars mods installed but with high settings and resolution!

@player32 You already posted such an thread with other PC hardware. Just look at the mainsite or so, there are plenty of "FPS booster." Best would be a good computer. I really wouldn't play GTA on a laptop.
