Enter new map loading with Map Editor

Hi there ! I have a stupid question.
How can we enter new map after loading it with Map Editor, I couldn't find it on the World Map. Anybody help me please !

@lld123 On the mod download page, the uploaders usually add a screenshot of the location in the in-game map. Go to that location to find your loaded map.
