@Rarefacer That's the Rockstar MulitpPlayer character editor isn't it? Where you select the parents, then modifiy the results of the output to create your personal MP character.
Looks like they've re-skinned it.

@LeeC2202 Yeah, the guys added more variations but @Zmarlo don't tell if is the native character editor feature or any modded extended edition.

@Rarefacer I wonder if they've managed to add more so the women look like actual women, instead of looking like men in makeup and women's clothes.
The MP female characters are awful...But yeah, the OP's post is definitely... vague, to say the least.
