True Blackout Mod? (car and weapon lights still work)

Having a real hard time finding a mod for this but i get the feeling there's something for it out there. If not there should be by now what with the amount of zombie/apocalypse mods

The game can turn down lights but some like you said, still on. Is possible that feature but requires catch every entity around the player and its lights in a big radius to be realistic (not see lights on far away) and that affects drastically the game performance. For the player weapon's lights is easy disable even if try turn on.

There is a updated enhanced native trainer mod that has the blackout option, I'm not 100% positive that vehicles lights work with it enabled but the flashlight does on all my modded weapons I've downloaded.
