GTA V > x64i.rpf > levels > gta5 > props > commercial > v_bar.rpf

prop_champ_01a.yft
prop_champ_01b.yft

There's also a bunch of other champagne bottle variations in that .rpf as well.

Also look for MP Update files (eg: MpApartament , MpExecutive) there are some there too
