I can see this one: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/single-player-garage

and this one: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/loaded-single-player-garage-spg-beta-0-2

and this one has garages in it: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/single-player-apartment-spg-net

The reason people possibly aren't answering, is they will have no idea what mod it is, because you haven't told us.

@Lowspecgamer101 The instructions are about as detailed as you are going to get from what I can see:

1. Install ScriptHookV (http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/)
2. Install ScriptHookVDotNet (https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases/tag/v2.9)
3. Copy the Scripts folder in this zip, to your GTA V Directory.

The only one that might cause any confusion is number 3, because mods don't normally come already inside a scripts folder in the archive. But basically, you are just taking that folder from inside the download, and copying it into your Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V folder. It will probably ask if you want to merge the contents if you already have a scripts folder, so just click "Yes" or "OK", then run the game.
