@yazan If you got the game from Steam then you need to go to your Steam library, right click on Grand Theft Auto V, click Properties, click Local Files, then click Verify Integrity of Game Files. If you have a physical copy/got the game from Rockstar Games directly you need to use this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/verify-game-files-without-steam

@yazan Do you have any mods installed through the mods folder of OpenIV? If you do, try removing/renaming the folder and see if the game starts up without error.
